We are a family run and owned CrossFit facility, we are a community of like minded individuals, who have a common goal to have fun and train together. We have created a supportive and friendly environment and have a strong inclusive philosophy so everyone is welcome, regardless of age, size or ability, we can scale and adapt workouts so everyone can train together.

In general our members are professionals who work hard and want to carry that hard working mindset into there training. Our members may have differing goals but our philosophy is the same ‘work hard get results’

Our coaches are extremely passionate about CrossFit, teaching and passing on our knowledge to others, which is a combination that will see a fitter, stronger and healthier you. We are a real family gym and we welcome (well behaved) children to come along and watch while you train, we have a fully stocked shop with snacks and drinks and also a tv with Netflix, You tube etc to keep the children entertained while you get your you time.

Philip has a passion for health & fitness, he is always keen to help people make a difference, whether it is celebrating your first pull up or a snatch pb – they are all as exciting as each other to him. He has 20 years experience in the industry, with a large part of that spent in Her Majestys Illustrious Royal Marine Commandos.  Philip knows how to get the most out of individuals in each session, training in all environments.  His favourite movements are anything with a barbell and burpees.  He can be found drinking coffee, telling stories and laughing very loudly.

Ben will be found either talking about food and calories or programming himself his next evil WOD.

Olivia is our gymnastics specialist and has been a gymnastic coach for 6 years and has a level 1 gymnastic coaching qualification. She has joined our team to support the kids classes and use her wealth of experience working with children. 
Olivia's favourite movements are handstands and rowing. You will usually find her checking her eyebrows and sending a snap chat.

Olivia Wootton

ASSISTANT KIDS COACH

Olivia is our gymnastics specialist and has been a gymnastic coach for 6 years and has a level 1 gymnastic coaching qualification. She has joined our team to support the kids classes and use her wealth of experience working with children.
Olivia's favourite movements are handstands and rowing. You will usually find her checking her eyebrows and sending a snap chat.

DIET & NUTRITION SPECIALIST

Toni is one of our members and is a caterer and is currently working on a degree in sports nutrition. She has a real passion for food and health and is always around the gym for support, advice and guidance regarding food and diet, she offers a meal service which can be collected from the gym (Please arrange this with Toni directly). You will usually find Toni talking about her next meal and ordering herself some new leggings.
